We bring together the expectations of our employees with those of the company, and see fairness and equality of opportunity as our corporate value. We monitor and evaluate performances closely and carefully, while encouraging and rewarding the achievements.

Our employees are considered as our resources and cornerstones of Polipa's world, which we handle with care.

We focus on improving the professional satisfaction of our employees and prioritize the training programs and appropriate assessments aimed at providing the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors to help the employees become successful in the business environment. Our employees, who aim to add value to our business, position and develop themselves, and manage their career goals together with their managers by taking the support of our human resources management. 

Our managers are in charge of coaching the new employees in their unit and conveying the Polipa values to them. The coaching system is shaped by human resources department within the framework of the relationship between mentor and mentee. Especially with the involvement of Generation Z in business life, we consider the coaching system, which we have established as a platform where knowledge and experiences of life and business world can be shared in order to better understand each other and improve communication between our employees, as an application that will both increase the motivation of our employees and strengthen their loyalty to our organization.

Performance Evaluation

We are following a performance management policy that enhances the development and performance of our employees. Within the scope of the annual performance evaluation follow-up system (KPI), which constitutes the infrastructure of the Human Resources strategy, we identify the objectives of the management related to the annual individual goals of our employees and the competence criteria in accordance with their job descriptions, and prepare the training/development plan of the employee on the basis of the performance evaluation results. We carry out promotion procedures and other career-related decisions, wage or reward system and training programs, taking into account the results of performance evaluation. We reward top performances, on the other hand, we provide correct and constructive feedback on performance below expectations, and support the improvement of performance.

Salary and Wage Management

In line with the principle of equality, we do not discriminate in terms of wages and benefits of employees performing similar jobs. We determine the wages by making job valuations according to the contribution levels of the positions to the business, irrespective of the individuals, and we regulate these wages in parallel with the market conditions. Ensuring the continuity of a competitive, fair and consistent wage and benefits model is essential for our organization.
